Simply Headstrong, my personal blog, is on a hiatus until the summer. I'm about to finish my spring semester of my first year of college. Life is busy and blogging isn't happening.

The countdown to spring break is on and it is currently at 11 days! It could not come soon enough! This week is going to be horrible. I have so many professors trying to fit in tests before the withdrawal deadline/before spring break. We'll see how it all works out. Hopefully well! Then again, if you think about it, there are 11 days until spring break and when I get back from break on the 16th, there is only a month and half left of the semester! That's so fricken exciting!

Long time, no update. I know! It sucks. I am absolutely swamped with school and I do not have a moment to breathe! Since the Spring semester started, I have had no time to do much of anything. My first tests in my classes went horribly, except for one. I study so hard but I guess I'm not studying the right stuff. I guess, I know for next time.
Other than school being a pain, things otherwise are fine. I'm so sorry to the people who have tried to see me recently and I haven't been able to because I was busy. I promise that as soon as I get it all together, we'll hang.
I am going to go now and try and get organized. Wish me luck! =[

It has been a while since I posted so I figured I would do a winter break, so far, entry.
Winter break so far has been probably the most emotionally draining, crazy busy break ever. It's been a blessing in disguise though because it helped me realize who my true friends are and how much they mean to me. I do not know what I would do without them.
New York City was amazing, as usual. I got to see Legally Blonde: The Musical, which was just phenomenal! If you are in NYC and want to see a show, GO SEE LEGALLY BLONDE! I also saw Hairspray, for the second time, but it was all good because I got to see Ashley Parker Angel (as Link Larkin) and Lance Bass (as Corny Collins). They were really good as well! I did lots of shopping and took tons of pictures that I will eventually post on Facebook.
On Christmas morning, Bodie had her baby! Lillian Grace, born at 12:02 a.m. How fricken amazing is that - right at the stroke of Christmas. She said it was the first Christmas baby born at the hospital she was at, which just makes it that much more special. I cannot wait to meet the little one, but I'll get my chance very soon!
Since I have been back, considering it's only been 3 days, I have just been busy with family stuff and trying to clean up everything. My Godsquad New Year's Eve Party is 4 days away and I have so much still to do.
I have realized that I am horrible at planning. I always thought I was so good, but recently I have been so fricken scatterbrained that I have no idea what is going on each day. I really need a planner that I carry around with me all the time, that I can write stuff down as it happens. That sounds good.
I'm done for now. I'll probably post more one break is like, almost over. I don't go back until January 6th, so there is still some time.
